By registering an account or using any abutog service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use abutog. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform under any circumstances.
Each individual may hold only one active abutog account. Duplicate accounts are grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances without prior notice.
abutog supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other major Indonesian payment channels. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts held in your verified name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and usage restrictions. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting to claim duplicate promotions, or any form of collusion will result in immediate account closure.
Identity verification (Know Your Customer) is mandatory before processing withdrawals above a set threshold. abutog reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
abutog enforces responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options. Players showing signs of problem gambling may have restrictions applied to their accounts.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by abutog to Members, subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. |
| "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" | The minimum total betting turnover a Member must achieve before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. |

To register and maintain an account on abutog, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Important: abutog operates a strict 21+ policy. Any Member who provides false information about their age during registration will have their account permanently closed and any outstanding balance forfeited. abutog reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities.
3.1 To create an account, you must complete the abutog registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your real full name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, phone number, and email address as they appear on your government-issued identification.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account — whether using different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. abutog will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify abutog immediately by contacting our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
3.5 abutog reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
Account Security Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your abutog account. Never share your credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to be abutog support agents. Our support team will never ask for your password.
4.1 abutog is required to verify the identity of its Members as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming compliance obligations. All Members must complete identity verification before withdrawals above the applicable threshold are processed.
4.2 Standard KYC documentation required includes:
4.3 abutog may request additional documentation at any stage — including during ongoing account operation — if we have reason to believe that additional verification is necessary to comply with AML obligations or to protect the integrity of the platform.
4.4 Identity verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours of document submission. Until verification is complete, withdrawals above the threshold limit may be placed on hold. This does not affect your ability to continue betting with existing balances.
4.5 All documents submitted to abutog are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are handled with strict confidentiality and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.
5.1 abutog accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Member's own verified name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or business entities — are strictly prohibited.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are defined per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary based on your account tier, KYC status, and applicable promotional terms.
5.4 abutog does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which abutog accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are credited to your abutog balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All amounts are displayed in Rp. abutog does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any foreign-currency transactions will be declined or converted at the prevailing rate at abutog's discretion.
5.6 abutog reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it has reason to believe was made fraudulently, under duress, or in breach of these Terms, and to report such transactions to the relevant financial authorities.

7.1 abutog offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are discretionary and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Each bonus is subject to specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements (rollover), qualifying markets or games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions. These terms are set out in the promotional materials for each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.3 Wagering requirements specify the total betting turnover a Member must achieve before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means the bonus amount plus deposit amount must be wagered ten times in total. Only wagers placed on eligible markets count toward rollover completion.
7.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine Members. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
7.5 Members found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, active accounts suspended or permanently closed, and may be reported to industry-wide fraud prevention databases.
7.6 abutog reserves the right to exclude any Member from future promotions at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.
Fair Play Reminder: Bonuses are designed to enhance your betting experience, not to be exploited. Play fairly, respect the terms, and enjoy the platform sustainably. Abuse of promotions will result in immediate account closure.
8.1 All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the sport, league, game, or market in question. These rules are available on the abutog platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8.2 Bet settlement is final once the official result of the event has been confirmed by abutog. Settlement corrections may be made only in the case of an obvious error or a subsequent official rule change by the governing sports body.
8.3 If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, except where explicitly stated otherwise in the specific sport or market rules.
8.4 Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip, per day, and per week, depending on the sport and market. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation. abutog reserves the right to impose lower limits on individual accounts where risk management considerations apply.
8.5 abutog may refuse to accept a bet, limit stake amounts, or void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds without providing a reason. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Member's account balance.
8.6 For live in-play betting, odds are updated in real time. There may be a slight delay between live events and odds updates due to streaming latency. Bets are accepted subject to price and availability at the time of confirmation.
8.7 Togel (numbers lottery) markets are settled based on the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lotteries). abutog is not responsible for errors in third-party result feeds; however, we will correct settlements if an error is proven.
8.8 Sabung ayam (cockfighting) markets are settled based on the official outcome declared by the arena referee. Meron (red corner) and Wala (white corner) outcomes follow standard industry conventions. Draws result in stakes being returned unless otherwise indicated.
9.1 Members must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
9.2 Violation of any item in this clause will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities depending on the severity of the offense.
Zero Tolerance: abutog operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and abuse. Accounts found in breach of these rules will be permanently closed without warning, and all outstanding balances forfeited.
10.1 All content on the abutog platform, including but not limited to the abutog name, logo, trademarks, graphics, software, text, images, odds data, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of abutog or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property law.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the abutog platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. This license does not grant you any ownership rights or the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any abutog content.
10.3 Unauthorized use of abutog intellectual property, including scraping odds data, copying content for republication, or impersonating the abutog brand, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 abutog provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a secure, reliable, and high-quality platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.
11.2 abutog shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
11.3 In no event shall abutog's total liability to a Member exceed the amount of funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.
11.4 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, abutog's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12.1 abutog reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
12.2 If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at abutog's sole discretion. If your account is closed for other reasons (e.g., voluntary self-exclusion), your remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding liabilities.
12.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting abutog support. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Upon closure, you will no longer have access to the platform and any unused bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited.
12.4 Members who have self-excluded are prohibited from creating a new account or attempting to access the platform through any means during the self-exclusion period. Violation of self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure across all abutog-associated platforms.
13.1 abutog is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our full data handling practices are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
13.2 By registering an account, you consent to abutog collecting, processing, and storing your personal data for the purposes of account operation, KYC compliance, payment processing, customer support, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
13.3 abutog uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14.1 abutog reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Members. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the abutog platform.
14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the abutog platform after amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and request account closure. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
14.4 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which abutog is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and abutog.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which abutog is licensed. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.
15.4 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of abutog must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
15.5 Nothing in this clause prevents abutog from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing harm to the platform.
